Song of Ir Yut with Reconstruction and Voltshot will almost never activate voltshot making voltshot a wasted perk slot. Reconstruction overfills the mag so you can NEVER reload unless you burn all the excess which is a waste of heavy ammo. Even though the description of voltshot says it'd activate on reload after a kill and reconstruction says that it reloads overtime it does not synergize/work in tandem
