Spirit of riven wish weapon decoding/focusing - BUG..steals engrams and glimmer, no reward

Wish weapon focusing ..clicking engram takes 2 engrams + 3k glimmer ..decodes nothing, rewards nothing
Undying weapon focusing ..clicking engram takes 2 engrams + 3k glimmer ..decodes/rewards nothing
I have all the red borders..but had 95 engrams to spend so figured I focus a few..clicking the engram gives nothing but still takes 2 and 3k glimmer..not the way it's been in the past, did it change ?
