Strange favors can be claimed on only one character
Unsure if this is intended or if its just a visual thing. I claimed strange favours on my hunter but most of the time I play on my warlock. The buff only appears on my hunter so I went back to Xur to claim the buff on my warlock although it said already claimed this week.
