NOTSWAP
NOTSWAP (Swapping Exptoc armor drains all ability energy) modifier in comp playlists is draining all of my energy even if I haven't swapped an exotic during the games. It will drain any time I switch out an kind of special ammo weapon for something different. The exotics have been one piece of armor and a rocket launcher. They haven't been removed or switched so why is all of my energy being drained?

That's intentional, they don't want people dumping their special and then swapping to double primary next round.
