I know I know. Just fresh bacon is better, but In the realm of things that are truly good things created by humanity. The noble person who stashes those last couple morsels of fried pork deserves sainthood in the (fictional) halls of humanity and cooperation.
Fridge Bacon is great, as a topping on a salad. Or a BLT. Or just a bacony snack.
On America's birthday weekend, I'm happy for fridge bacon.
