Make PVP great again
You have diluted pvp down to boring team shot meta with horrible lobby balancing. It used to be so good at its best. Before stasis it was good, around 30th anniversary it was good. This current handholding is just bad.
Most of all, bring back freelance.

When anybody says "Make _____ great again" what they mean is let's not do any of that stuff, because it never gets done. Not that I won't support this (even though I don't play PVP, mostly just laugh at the posts that constantly say the same thing they've been saying for 10 years now.) I'm just laughing at the title.
