Bind a wrong charactar while using cross save
As the title said, I mistakenly bound my character while using cross save and performed a silver balance recharge. How should I do if I need to change my primary character? Or is there any customer service email that can be contacted?

You need to wait out the 90 day silver cool down. Deactivate cross save. Wait 90 days again then try again.
