Class item perk change
instead of making the players grind for hours for a very small chance of getting the perk combo they want why not make it so we can use 1 exotic cipher to change one perk to our liking, like if I got a caliban with gyrfalcon I could use 1 cypher to change caliban to foetracer and this option would become disabled after changing in this item, that way the players still need to grind the item to have at least 1 desired perk and grind to get a cypher
