Bug has been around since start of weapon enhancing this season, this lunas howl was fully enhanced but does not show any enhanced perks. a friend also had this happen to his mountaintop. Unsure of any mention has been made in twabs, but really an annoying issue as my other weapons have enhanced just fine.
