Surges should always be 1 light and 1 dark
Pre final shape, bungie had made it so that most activities that used surges would have 1 light and 1 dark surge (void + strand, ect.)
Post final shape, it's common to get 2 light surges which can be annoying especially with prismatic or on harder content if your trying to maximize damage.
It's nothing major, but seems like it should be an easy fix given this was how it was pre final shape.
