Does PS5 have a forum?
I know that PSN is having global issues atm...does anyone know if Playstation has a forum to provide "feedback"?

Allo there, I don't think they do have any official forums. Id suggest contacting their support team or see if they have an official Reddit / Twitter account you can leave feed back on. Unfortunately can't provide any more help as this forum is for Destiny related help.
