the main reason I bring this up is because of how many really interesting cosmetic armor sets keep getting released, especially the new one in the dawning event where it'll make you look like a dragon. I can't exactly enjoy them the way they were meant to be worn because of Exotics, which might, for example, cover the new chest piece that has the wings on the back. Currently, and i'm not sure if/how this will change in the future, but cosmetic armor sets can only be worn all together if you're willing to give up an exotic armor. This is really upsetting because i would really enjoy wearing an entire outfit, but as long as there is an exotic that i need for my build, there is no possibilty of doing so unless i don't wear an exotic at all, and waste the possibility of having a good build. I would personally like to see exotic be allowed to [b]at the very least[/b] have the ability to be covered by Armor skins that can be bought from the eververse shop. i dont see a reason why we wouldn't be allowed to cover exotics with other armor skins in the first place, because unless it's because bungie wants us to spend money on the exotic skins, or they don't want the pvp side of the game to whine because they can't tell what exotics people are wearing at first glance, i think it's fair that we'd be able to cover the looks of our exotic armor with paid skins[b] at the very least[/b], ESPECIALLY because a fair amount of them are rather ugly, and might clash with the armor set we want to use. Why would i wanna buy an armor set if i can't wear the whole thing because i need a specific exotic that ties my entire build together? This problem is super significant when it comes to the exotic class armor for titans and hunters. Those things are huge and bulky (the titan one is actually kind of ugly) and they actually don't go with almost ANY other armor sets except for the chroma armor from the previous season. It's fine on warlock because it's just something that goes on their arm, but for titan and hunter, they're just eyesores. TDLR; Let us use paid skins on exotic armor so we can wear full cosmetic armor sets without sacrificing build functionality.
