Wicked implement not receiving the Anti-Barrirer artifact mod
Just as the title says. Wicked Implement does not get the Anti-Barrier artifact mod.

This is by design due to the exotics being Stasis and having the intrinsic "Slow" perk already, which can be used against Overload champions.
