Destiny 2 Twitch Drop: Golden Hour Emblem still doesn't appear

Since January 20th I subscribed to my favorite streamer and gifted some subscriptions, and my Destiny 2 Twitch Drop: Golden Hour Emblem still doesn't appear. I went through the whole process of re-linking the account and it still doesn't appear in the inventory.
