As viiTactiiCZz mentioned, Bungie doesn't give out name change tokens on request; these are only given out sporadically, at Bungie's discretion, and will be certainly announced to the community when it happens. That said, if you're convinced you had some spare name changes previously and they seem to have disappeared, there's an issue with this going around right now, which the team is aware of and looking into. If this is the case for you, we apologize for the inconvenience, but there's unfortunately no more news we can share on that situation right now.
