Court of Blades (Europa) Bosses Despawn
Occurs 90% of the time with any bosses in those room, causing them to despawn and infinite waves of Thrall to spawn and/or bombs to spawn.

Update: It may have something to do with Area Denials/Anarchy/Witherhoard. Took it off next run through and the glitch didn’t happen but cannot 100% confirm
