So it has been confirmed more or less that the Xbox One will require an internet connection one every day to be able to play games.
What will happen to RPG's ?
Most if not all of our favourite RPG's like Eldar scrolls, Fallout, Mass Effect, Fable, Final Fantasy or Metro :D dedicate their games to singe player experience basically off-line. But now with Microsofts new idea there basically screwing over RPG's
We must unite to save our offline RPG experience

I think you might be mixing single player and offline together. You can still play single player games and be connected to the internet on your box.

Come over to PC. We have mods.

I think your logic chose the wrong time to take a vacation. Lol

Being online has 0 effect on an offline game.

I think the best thing you can do with an Xbox one is turn it into an RPG. May need a few explosives but should be fun.

The future of RPGs is the same as it was before the Xbox One. I'm confused to how this screws over RPGs.

Editado por TrustySnooze: 6/9/2013 6:58:32 PMThe whole reason the Xbox One has to utilize an internet connection, at least once every 24 hours, is to make sure that you didn't sell a game. Otherwise you could sell a game but still have it in your games collection. As for an RPG, I believe that the ability to have games partially in the cloud will allow them to better evolve the world and expand your experience, assuming that they support the game that they make.
