(hear me out here)There are many people who are feeling that Bungie took our money and ran.The majority of people who bought the game were expecting it to be a good Fps with a beginning,middle,and an end. Almost everybody thinks the story is skimpy and ,at times, uninteresting. At the moment, this is the case.However, from the very beginning, Bungie has said that they will continue to work on and add to Destiny for a very long time. What has Shipped is a game with fantastic gameplay ,and a good foundation for a fantastic story. If you read the grimoire cards the story get much more meat to it. At the moment what you are playing is basically the first paragraph of a novel. It sets the scene and gives a very rudimentary foundation for the epic story that is to come. It's all about getting your attention, and is not to be judged as a completed book. I don't think you could pick up a single book and only read the first paragraph ,yet still walk away and say " it was a fantastic and interesting story". Everyone needs to be in it for the long haul. This is an MMO not your typical FPS, and people need to stop looking at it in that context.Grinding and farming are part of the game.By the end of this games life the content could very well have increased ten-fold.I guarantee that Bungie is working their hardest to fix any issues you may have. I have been here since halo 2 , and i can assure you that they will do their best to make you happy. Destiny is a fantastic game , and Bungie is an amazing company/community. For those of you who are relatively new to Bungie, you should stop looking upon them as the enemy and starting viewing them as your friend. I promise you that they aren't trying to pull an EA. They are quite different from your average company , as I am sure that you will soon find out.I hope that this has changed your view on the situation for the better,and I hope to see you on the frontier ;) (I can't believe that I just said the frontier thing *facepalm*)
