EDIT 2: SGT TickleFight said it the best. so I'll post his msg.
Lost 6 games in a row last night - me with >3500 each game with moderate k/d 1.25-2.0 while someone was at 375 pts, 3 kills and 15-20 deaths! It's hard to have a positive k/d when you have super feeders on your team...
The sad part was some were 29 and 30s! I think okay PvE players think they are going to wreck in Iron Banner because they are 29/30.

EDIT 1: Listen people. The fact of the matter is that yes its fun to smash up on these lower level players, but it blows when they are on your team. I just so happen to be on a streak of terrible teammates, so I was venting. I would much rather play with a lower level with skill than play with level 30s who have less than a 1.0 K/D or won't control any zones (All Gear/No Skill). You can go 20/0 K/D with no zone caps and lose. Everyone is not IB material. Especially when it comes to objectives.
All of your RAmBO stories are sooo touching. I don't doubt that there are individuals that could use their "maxed out weapons" at lower lvls and wreck in the IB. I am not even playing with my Level 30 gear on and I'm wrecking.

Short message ...
If you suck at PvP, stick to PvE. You are Blam!ing up the Iron Banner for everyone else.
Secondly, quit bringing in these low ranks. If you aren't Iron Banner ready quit ruining it for everyone else.

Wait. Hold up. ... Wait just a second now. You love being able to smash on lower level players... but you don't like it when they're on your team? That, my friend, is the epitome of a double standard.
-
Haven't lost a single IB match and I play alone. I'm always on top or right behind.
-
I got one game under a 1K/D team sucked and I was pissed. First game in the Iron Banner I went under 1.0
-
Playing with terrible players is the risk you take playing solo. I dont think people should be excluded just because they suck at pvp. If you want to play with good people use the forums or 3rd party sites to find a decent team. You only need 3 or 4 decent players to have a realistic chance to win games. When you are in these losing games look for guys on your team with a mic going positive and invite them to a FT. Do that for a couple games and before you know it you have a 3 or 4 man team wrecking shit, its really not that tricky.
-
Sounds like no one cares!
-
Everyone keep playing Iron Banner. you paid money just like this douchebag did so you have every right to play. It's just a game
-
These players have no right being in Iron Banner just like you have no right being in the hard raid. How does it feel OP?

Editado por DedGrlsDontSayNo: 11/19/2014 10:18:54 PMLol im no pvp guy, I went in ib last night because my buddies were and I didn't feel like playing in the corner all alone. It was fun getting ruined by swarms of guys I had no business trying to compete against but yah know what? I can do whatever the -blam!- I want. Enjoy the millstone around your neck named Dedgrlsdontsayno.

Bring your own crew kid.

You're retarded. Bungie said if you wanted a good experience of iron banner, being your best gear and make your fire team. It's your own fault if you are going in randomly with people random. My team last night did 14 matches and only lost 2. 1 of them being against baconators live's team. We got our asses handed to us. But we won 12/14 matches. So stop complaining about others if you aren't going to make it easier on yourself
-
Lvl difference is still too little in my opinion. I still get oneshotted by a lvl 24 with a comedian. And what the -blam!- is going on with fusion grenades, they barely do half damage when stuck to the opponent.
-
Get a fireteam together, you won't have this problem
-
All level 28s and under just need a shotgun. IB is full of low-level shotty scrubs. It's a joke.
-
I played on my lvl 25 hunter and noticed nothing different about the banner lol, still stomped lvl 30s like nothing, and still won most games and finished first even When my team lost. Hopped on my lvl 29 warlock and noticed a small difference in hitting a touch harder with my VoC. Level advantages or not, bad kids are still bad. I usually run solo or with my buddy who's lvl 28. We don't lose often unless our teammates won't make the effort to cap. Message me on the 360 if anyone is interested in getting 6 people together and running with a full team. GT: Musella 7474

So Iron Banner is confusing to me .. how is one on an IB team .... yes, you are randomly selected but no one talks to anyone .... no one teaches anyone ... if you are new to the Crucible and IB is it assumed you know what you are doing .... at least with VOG you discuss and play out a strategy ...
-
I know the feeling ...when they go 2-18 if it wasn't for iron banner bounties and the buff it would take ages to get rank
-
-
I know what your saying got put on a team with 4 lvl 21-23. That game ended poorly.
-
Completely agree. I had 2 25s in with all 28,29,30s. My team had the 25s while the other had 30s. We got spanked
-
Then tell bungie to add PVE to iron banner. It isn't the players fault it bungie's fault making an event all PVP.

Editado por Coppertop42: 11/19/2014 8:55:18 PMThree things: A) Both teams have equal odds of being deployed with lower level players. If there's an uneven distribution of lower levels between teams and you happen to be the unlucky group this round, here's what you can do
Deal with it.
B) If someone wants to play in the Iron Banner, that's their choice. If their level of skill bothers you, here's a pro-tip
DEAL WITH IT!
C) The single best piece of advice for someone frustrated by PvP like you:
You know what to insert here...
A lower level with max-level weapons is still a credible threat. I have seen level 20's all the way through to 30's in the Iron Banner, and while it is clear the level 20's do less damage, I have both been winning team with them and losing team with them on the other side. A lower level with blue weapons ends up with very poor KD, like .2, but I haven't had more than 1 of these in any team of mine in all that I played yesterday. Most of the players tend to be level 28-29, with plenty of 30s running around as well as the top scorers with their advantage. I was a level 29 all day yesterday, but I still got a couple of The Best Around at the end of the match. Tactics, team-work, weapons, and armor ratings all factor in. Just enjoy and don't get so over focused on venting your loss at some poor level 26 just trying to have some fun in limited time that Iron Banner is available to play.
-
My buddy brought in his lv. 25 sunsinger and then proceeded to get Top 2 on the leaderboard, 2nd only to my other friend that maintained at least. 25 kills per match. So idunno. sucks when you have a sucky low level on the team.
-
I had a level 20 guy on my team and he almost took half the life of a level 30!
-
Too bad you can't demand people to do what you want them to do, you'll continue to deal with things the way they are, I have a better idea, you should stop playing IB and stop ruining everyone's experience.... Asshole
