My order was shipped wrong. I ordered cookie cutters and was sent a t-shirt. I just want to exchange it. It has been over a month since I submitted a return request and can't seem to get a response from a human. I have also submitted requests via customer service and still zero response. I have asked for help on twitter. Still no response. Haaalllp please.
