Iron banner ornaments not in the inventory
I bought cape and helmet at lord Saladin but they are not available for me to equip and they are not in my inventory

This was the answer from another player that Bungie has confirmed > "They are old Armor Ornaments not Universal Ornaments. They can be converted to Universal Ornaments by spending Synthweave like any other armor, or used on Iron Banner armor for free."
