Citan's Ramparts could be a class ability option...
instead of an exotic, and nobody would use it. If it's going to be paper thin with a terrible cooldown, at least just make it a class ability option at this point. Rework the exotic to buff it when that class ability is selected. Give it barrier rounds when shooting through, give it the "super-equipped" subclass verb such as volatile when shooting through etc.

Citans is like wormhusk crown. The idea behind it is intrinsically flawed. It can only be allowed in the meta if it sucks. If they make it good, then its gonna be everywhere, and people will come back here crying for nerfs.

1 ReplyThat would actually be really cool, I love that idea. Could definitely open up a ton of new builds if you throw in different “barrier rounds” for Citan’s Ramparts too. Maybe activating your class ability grants rounds based on your equipped super type (Radiant/Solar, Volatile/Void, Unraveling/Strand, etc.)

1 ReplyIt’s in the state it’s in because the design is flawed. It was a mistake. You can’t have a creative mode exotic in a pvp pve game. Should’ve never shipped
