I remember Xur a few weeks ago giving me red borders when I visited him for the rework. I’ve been going to Xur every weekend hoping he’d drop more and when I click on the focusing engram it SOUNDS like a red border dropped but hasn’t. For instance, I’m trying to craft Brigands Law because I didn’t craft it. I have 2/5 and 3 straight weeks of no red border, and this is me putting in easily 150+ coins each week just focusing on the 2nd page with the legendary weapons.
