So, does anyone remember back in 2013, at E3, when bungie showed off destiny's public events, what explanation they had for the goal of public events?
The idea was thus: "In order to triumph over the forces of evil, and complete certain challenges, players will be required to work with other players anonymously, autonomously, and randomly, when the situation calls for it."
Sound a lot like matchmaking to anyone? Apparently bungie has faith that random, anonymous guardians in patrol can beat a sudden, random, unexpected challenge, but anonymous guardians cannot do the same for raid activity they are prepared for, have experience in, and understand in full detail.
Bungie, having a philosophy against OMM is one thing, but honestly, I think you guys don't have faith that a random fireteam of guardians can pull off raids or poe, if matchmade together. Well bungie, if you put in OMM, you will see that you are wrong.
Bump for truth guardians.
