do you eat the bones or not?
Eating some smoked ribs, the bones are almost mush. do you prefer your ribs without the bones or do you eat the bones as well?

Way over cooked mate. Now, some great bone marrow is another thing. But the bone is still rigid

No. I don't like bones of any sort. I hate even feeling them. Especially small ones. Had a tray of jerked chicken where the bones were tender so when I bit into it and chewed it I didn't realize immediately, I had to spit it out when I did. I'll eat meat off bones, but that's it, and even them very carefully so as not to eat a small bone.
