Stag helmet not working with Touch of Malice
Is the Stag helmet supposed to proc when Touch of Malice breaks your shields? I could have swore it did before but it's not doing it now. I know the helm is bugged but I wonder if anybody else is experiencing this not working?
Please fix!

I used to use this combo a ton, if you’re in a healing rift you’ll be fine, the stag kicks in immediately in a healing rift.
