Hey there, you appear to be missing Chest 3, 'Gatekeeping'. This is the 'first chest' required for the first catalyst quest. Near the end of the mission, enter the second of the two confluxes. The portal directly opposite the one you appear from is the Gatekeeping one. You've already finished 'Signal Seeker', chest 5, which is the left, and chest 7, 'Reflection Detection' on the right. But not 3, according to the triumphs.
