How would you guys react if the range on Felwinter's Lie and/or Matador 64 were greatly reduced?
Though I'm not against the shotguns themselves, I see them being used as primaries a little too often, and as popular as they are, I wonder what the competitive community would do if they got a range Nerf.

I would use party crashes +1 lol

Would still use them close quarters, nothing will have changed. I use pulses for primary, so that is my ranged attack.

As much as id love to see them get nerfed I doubt it will happen, they are working just as Bungie intended so I would be quite surprised if they changed anything. P.S. Nothing against shotguns I just hate the amount of people that run around using almost exclusively shotguns and hardly touching their primary.

use what's appropriate for the situation if you wanna do cqc with a scout chances are you gonna be shotty chow if you stand in an area with long line of sight sniper bait. if i happen to get a lot of shotty kills it's because people foolishly rush me and pay for it if they stay out in the open to long pink mist.
