After talking to teammates in Iron Banner, browsing the forums, and responding to various Youtube comments, I've come to realise the misinformation regarding Bungie's changes to the Full Auto perk is pretty astounding.
Here's a quote from the patch notes regarding the perk:
"Reduced spread angle penalty on Shotguns with the perk Full Auto, Invective was not affected."
For those unaware, Full Auto increases RoF in exchange for a wider pellet spread. Bungie buffed the Full Auto perk by reducing the amount by which Full Auto increases your spread.
It still increases your pellet spread, but not as much as it used to.

I thought exhumed was the new shot package

CCCCCCCCCCAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLOOOOOOUUUUUUUUU

Why would anyone think it has shot package? This is just common sense. I guess the way they wrote it can mislead some people. Bungie wouldn't allow you to fire a shotgun full auto and reduce the spread at the same time. It would make the gun OP.

Thats obvious. Who thoughts otherwise? Its impossible to tell a nerf herder how a weapon actually performs

Hmm. Good to know. Thanks!
