I don’t know if this is an unpopular opinion or not but after trying titan skating for myself I’d rather not have it removed from the game. It’s clearly meant to be in the game as in the description it says [quote]strong initial burst of momentum [/quote] instead of saying it gives a boost of speed like the warlock jump. I find it clear when you read it that it’s an ability made to build momentum so you should be able to reach high speeds. Therefore it shouldn’t be seen as an exploit but I agree in PVP it is extremely unfair as titans are already pretty strong. Titan skating should be more like counter strike b-hopping where everyone can do it and it is entirely skill based. Adding a skill based mechanic to PVP would help balance out the massive gaps in matches that are mostly based on gear. In general there should be a speed cap to titan skating but overall it adds to the game and it helps in PVE when you have to walk far distances for no real reason. Sure you could use a sparrow but it just isn’t as fun unless you’re doing flips. I don’t really know I just don’t wanna see titan skating in its form right now or a reworked form removed from the game entirely.
