6 years later and Voidwalker is the only Warlock subclass to ever have blink. While I love embracing the Void it’s time to switch it up.
We do not need 3 different glide jumps on a 3rd Warlock subclass. We need the option to equip blink on Shadebinder. It should have been an option on Stormcaller too - but the least you could do is give it to Shadebinder.
I hope with all the supposed customization coming and the rumor that the super has blink much like Nova Warp that this already holds true.
Many players like myself have spent 6 years mastering this ability. We need to be able to use it on the new subclass. If not we will still be pigeon-holed into using Voidwalker still.
Please for the love of all things holy give Shadebinder blink.
Edit: Gotta love hunter mains downvoting anything that’s not for hunters.
Edit: for the 2 players who can’t live without balanced glide my comment was a generalization. Regardless of how many players use balance glide there’s more players that use blink.

also wormchi i think people would of agreed with you if you just were nice about wanting blink like to be honest if shadebinder doesn't have a blink aspect that makes blink god tier i will be amazed and bungie has said they want to add blink to all warlock subclasses in the future and i think the aspect system will end up doing that so yeah don't be too angry if at beyond light's launch it's not there just wait until we have all the aspects then get pissed off like i will anyway enjoy the rest of your day/night peace

honestly as someone who loves blink it should be an option on all warlock subclasses i think shadebinder will get a blink aspect and a fragment that buffs blink into a god tier movement mode think d1 blink but somehow better

Give Titans Garry and sure.

I don't really want blink on our other subclasses. Any glide is more useful than blink. So I'd rather have them give us another type of glide.
-
Warlocks are already mobile enough that people ape on them over hunters these days. Blink is just annoying. Didn't belong in d1, doesn't belong in d2. If warlocks should have new access to it, so should hunters and titans for balance.
-
Strafe Glide makes sense. Burst Glide makes sense. But Balanced? Feels like a half assed approach. I wouldn’t want Blink but if they gave us a different Glide I’d be interested. I just don’t know what it could be.
-
Hunters want blink. Literally no reason for us NOT to have it, other than the other classes complain. Wormhusk, titans complain, it’s nerfed into the ground, and then they get a WAY more overpowered exotic, that is STILL toxic.

That's assuming more people use void than arc and solar combined considering blink is only for void. But that's not the case. Then factor in that not everyone who uses void uses blink, although most do. So my comment wasn't meant to be confrontational but clearly you're highly upset and that's understandable considering how difficult it must be for you to be taken seriously with all of your non statistically backed up arguments. I use top tree daybreak and I think blink with Icarus dash would be wild and probably awesome but top tree solar warlocks whole thing is about in air gameplay which makes them unique so idk how useful blink would be. It would ruin the whole subclass. You're very small minded and I didn't disagree with adding blink, but if you make a false statement that applies to me and I read it, I'm gonna clarify it. That's kinda how these forums work. You say something, others give their opinions and perspectives. Calm your tits

Balanced is all I use
No one uses Balanced Glide.
God damn, seems like I'm no one.
-
Give revenant and shadebinder.blink. Because it fits.
-
I used balanced glide on all my Warlock classes except Nova Warp which uses blink. So... yeah. Not sure how you came to the conclusion no one uses it.
-
There should be a new glide
-
I use balanced glide. (΄◉◞౪◟◉`)
