Several Weeks ago I came across a bug that prevented me from doing the Braytech Transponder weekly quest. What had happened there was that I had acquired the Transponder from Variks but due to RL events never finished the quest that week. This made the transponder a permanent item in a hidden inventory that for the next 2 weeks prevented me from acquiring a new one for the weekly new scanning. I had to wait a full 3 weeks to use that transponder I had previously acquired. However today I went and grabbed my transponder just like normal but to my shock after clearing the first 4 nexus flybots I had already completed both scanner sets for the Nexus and the Well of Infinitude. This now forces me to hold onto this weeks transponder forever without ever being allowed to complete the weekly quest which will now permanently prevent me from acquiring the next weeks transponders and thus has made my entire account permanently locked out from the ability to achieve the Triumph Augmented Obsession. There is no ingame solution besides completely deleting every character and restarting an account that will fix this situation.
