For those of you who haven’t completed the Sling The Stone seasonal challenge which asks you to stagger, pierce or disrupt champions here is what worked best for me. For starters I only had 26 more to go but it only took me 15 minutes to finish it. So if you need the full 50 you will be looking at around a half an hour or so. The location I choose was the Master Lost Sector Bunker E15, Even Tide Ruins, Europa. This is what you will be running. Elemental Subclass: Arc Grenades: Arcbolt Weapon: Hand Cannon (I was using Fatebringer) Mods: Overlord Hand Cannon, Surge Detonations. All of this will take place at the very beginning of the lost sector. You will be taking cover behind a metal ramp (which is the floor but on an incline) it’s right before you enter the room where you’ll find your first overlord champion. This is who your target will be. He’ll wander the area right in front of you. Use your arc grenades to stun him when available. Use your hand cannon to stun him and go hide behind the inclined floor to recharge your health every time you see the message you’ve stunned and overlord champion. Keep repeating this until you finish the challenge. Be careful not to kill him. He never got below half health when I did it. Simply shoot him with the hand cannon until you see the message that you’ve stunned him, hide and recharge your health and repeat. If you run out of ammo you will get more every time you die, but remember you only have 3 lives. I got 11 stuns in before I ran out of ammo. So you’re looking for at least 44 stuns before you deplete your revives plus any stuns you made with your grenades. You could get it done with out needing to quit out and restarting it but you may need to if you’re out of ammo and revives unless you plan on waiting for your grenades to keep recharging. Doing it this way should get that challenge done in under an hour (30-45 minutes) assuming you are starting at 0/50. Hopefully this will help anyone who maybe struggling to complete this challenge before the season is over and good luck.
