LOL Season 19: Season of the Recycled
I am worried the reason why they haven't released a trailer for the next season is because they already know its going to make the community rage? I understand choosing not to release a trailer too early and creating a hype trailer that shows too much of the content. Why couldn't they release like a 20 second teaser.
Who else thinks this next season will be trash?

4 commentairesSeason of dawn, worthy, arrivals, splicer, lost are way way better than the trash we have. The seasons i mentioned are not perfect, they had problems but these are really bad. Imo next season they are not bringing new weapons. As of now bungie has plans to introduce existing weapons with new thing called origin trait.

"Hey, let's vault this stuff, and sell it back to new players"! Double dip! But holy crap, someone left the recycle gates wide open. Sunsetting was a scam that brought us to this moment. I played for an hour. Couldn't do it anymore. On to different things. Have a Happy Holidays Guardians!!!!

Bunkers are pre black armory, weapons are sunset old mars ikelos weapons season of the reworked bc we all out of ideas. I beat there sweating on Kenichiro Yoshida to write that cheque. (Sell outs)

1 commentaireI'm just tired of the Hive. Fighting the same enemy types season after season. There comes a point when a vegetable finds the boiling pot of water, willingly.... The seasonal model is starting to fatigue my interest in D2... Season after season...the same grinding. It just needs to change.

2 commentairesYeah I agree. I played it so far about 90 minutes, I’m done for this season. I just can’t. We’ve seen this season once or twice already in the past. I’ll probably skip rest of this season and return during Lightfall. Maybe.

Well of course the Bunkers had to be copy/pasted back in. After a respectable period of being gone so that they'd feel a little "fresh" instead of like the tiresome and uninspired reuse of removed content that it always is.

2 hours into the new season and it is already a snoozefest. I will log in again next week for a couple hours and that will be my usual cycle for this game. As a hardcore player, this is very sad to see the direction in where this game is going.

Yeah it's.. not good. I'll hop on for the weekly story drip, and eventually the dungeon but that's it. Sadly just isn't worth playing full time anymore

It is becoming the norm for Bungie to not release trailers. It is also the norm for the seasons to be terrible and people say, “now we know why they didn’t release a trailer.”

4 commentairesAs far as I’ve noticed (and correct me if I’m wrong) the player base started shrinking heavily in this season (s18). We should be at an all time low in terms of numbers at the moment. Plus, people have started getting refunds for their Lightfall pre-orders. The game has just become too stale. So if we take s18 as the “financial wake-up call” moment, Bungie won’t have had time to address any major issues. S19 will most likely be exactly the same as all the previous ones. Cookie cutter, and just barely entertaining enough to get us to Lightfall, with the only real hype coming towards the end as we gear up for the DLC. (Naively, I still hope I get proven wrong on that one) But I guess we can probably expect 1 of 2 things: Optimistically Bungie makes a lot of flashy promises this season to finally actually address current issues, and starts implementing those halfway into Lightfall. Realistically Bungie just keeps their heads down and their mouths shut, knowing that s19 is basically a write-off, hoping that Lightfall will quiet players down once it drops
