I have a son I recently got into Destiny 2 and I am trying to allow him to chat so we can talk during the game. Bungie says I need to log into parental controls to give him access, but there is nowhere on Bungie's website to actually change anything. In his game it says go to bunigie.com/permissions. I went to the site, got my child registered as well as allowed him to communicate on Destiny. Now, I log back into Destiny 2 and when I select his game chat to on (default) it immediately switches to off. I have already updated my XBOX parental controls so it is something to do with Destiny. How do I fix this?
