Since the update on tuesday, I have noticed significant visual bugs tied to a few specific visual effects. In particular, the below effects, when occuring in game, produce a rapid flicker, rather than the normal effect, as though the effect is having trouble properly rendering. This flickering is incredibly bright and jarring if up close to these effects when they trigger.
Scorn spawn: when scorn spawn, there is a cloud effect that occurs, followed by a "beam" that occurs per scorn that spawns. The "Beams" when they appear flicker between completely visible and not visible at all incredibly rapidly for the duration of the effect. This does not occur on EVERY instance of the effect, and seems to be less likely to occur if I remain completely motionless for the duration of the effect. If I move closer, farther away, or rotate my POV though, The flickering is all but guaranteed to occur.
Dread faction/Pyramid spawn effects: same as above. the spawn effect that plays when Dread or shadow legion spawn flickers rapidly. This one does not ever seem to display properly regardless of what I do.
Colored beams from ammo pickups, and relics: when displayed from far away, they function properly, however, upon getting close, within id say about 5 meters (in game measurement), they begin to rapidly flicker as the above effects, before seemingly stabilizing at random, until I move away from them, at which point the behavior presents itself again, and does not stabilize until I get far enough away.
Visual effects on the edge of the revenant totem anti ability cages in Salvation Onslaught: the orange wispy edge present at the bottom of the half sphere that surrounds the totems likewise displays this flickering, and through my experimentation, nothing I do seems to stabilize it in any way.
Troubleshooting steps I have taken in order: (NOTE: A FULL SYSTEM RESTART (POWER OFF, WAIT 30 SECONDS, POWER ON) WAS COMPLETED BETWEEN EACH STEP OR ATTEMPT)
adjusted graphics settings to set peak observable GPU usage approximately below 65%. (each step below was tested on these lower settings and my previous graphics settings that were having no issues prior to this week's update). - includes disabling/enabling Vsync, HDR, Framerate cap, windowed full screen vs Fullscreen, ETC, with game restarts after each batch of changes.
Checking my GPU and system health and comparing to a benchmark from 2 months ago - no decrease in system health or performance in benchmark.
Update NVIDIA 3070 Ti Graphics card drivers: attempted to upgrade my game ready driver, did not have any effect, also did full uninstall and tried with studio driver, which likewise did not remove or impact the issue in any way. (Full restarts between all versions as required when installing and uninstalling drivers)
Windows update rollback: attempted to rollback my windows version to what it was last week - tried this version with both versions of the studio and game ready NVidia drivers as above, no difference was observed. (Full restarts between all versions as required when installing and uninstalling drivers)
Verify integrity of game files - files validated, no change in behavior. (Full restart)
Update drivers for displays, motherboard BIOS, and all other hardware. - no effect on behavior. (Full restarts between all versions as required when installing and uninstalling drivers)
Uninstalled destiny 2 and performed a fresh install - no effect on behavior. (Full Restart between uninstall and install)
The only step I have yet to perform that I can think to try is a full system reinstall (a fresh windows installation -blank slate test). I wanted to post this before I attempted to do so, as I currently believe it highly unlikely this will resolve my issue and would most likely simply be a large waste of time and effort to perform.
I currently do not have a video in a format I can share to this post, but if requested I can attempt to get something filmed showing each of the listed effects above and uploaded to a private YouTube listing I can share.
Any guidance or suggestions would be appreciated, I am at my wits end. System specs are below.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! If you haven't already, we recommend that you update your graphics card drivers directly from the manufacturer’s website. This will ensure you have the most up-to-date drivers and can help resolve these types of issues. If the issues persist, next time this happens please use your platform's feature to save recent gameplay as a video and upload it to YouTube, then send us the link here. We'll be glad to pass it along to the developers for investigation.
