I need to address an ongoing issue I've been facing. I have three characters in the game, but I primarily play one. Whenever I try to create tonics on that character, the game gets stuck in a loop. The Machine continually spins, and it opens without providing me with my tonics. This is unacceptable; I can't effectively use this part of the game. I previously reached out for help and was informed that the problem would be fixed, but it has now been two weeks, and nothing has changed. I expect a resolution to this matter promptly.
