Epic Account with all DLC and Add-on content purchase was hacked
As the subject says, my epic account was hacked a couple days ago, and I had all my DLC purchased on my Epic account. (30th Anniversary Pack, 2023 Legacy Collection, 2024 Legacy Collection, The Final Shape, and The Final Shape Annual Pass Upgrade). I have contacted Epic, and I am now awaiting to hear back if I can even get my account back. I was wondering if it was possible with the transactions log screenshots I have to show my purchases to get these DLC on another platform such as Steam.

Hi there! DLCs are licensed by the platform, not by Bungie. When you purchase a DLC, you are purchasing a license to access that DLC on that platform. Bungie cannot transfer licenses, as it is managed by the platforms.

Hey Dfat222 Sorry to hear about your account. I don’t think bungie currently has any way of transferring DLC’s between platforms at least not that I have heard of. I think your best course of action is Epic Games with account recovery, they usually have pretty good ways of doing so especially if you have purchases and transaction history like yourself. Transferring season passes/dungeon keys between platform accounts isn't something Bungie offer. Expansion licenses are controlled by the platform, not Bungie, you would need Steam to accept the transfer and issue you with licenses but you're pretty much guaranteed they'll say no as you haven't paid them.
