My epic games was linked to bungie and i dont remember doing it. I just got a pc and im trying to use crossplay and with out knowing my epic games account i cant unlink it to finish the crossplay set up. Since i need to authorize all linked accounts. I've contacted and been trying but they've all pretty much said tough luck on it and to figure out my account from 8 years ago. Does anyone know a work around this or should i just call it quits and go back to playing on console. All accounts needing to be verified is so stupid if im just using it for two

Hello there, In order to unlink an account, you must be able to authenticate the accounts. Bungie cannot forcibly de-link them. I would suggest contacting the platform concerning gaining access to the platform account. If you are unable to gain access to the account, then you will not be able to activate cross save or unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile. If you're trying to set up cross-save, then your only option will be to create a new Bungie.net profile and then unlink/relink the accounts you actually want to that new Bungie.net profile. Just keep in mind that if you go with the new Bungie.net profile, you will lose access to the code-granted bonuses you've redeemed on Bungie.net because those are tied to your current Bungie.net profile. You can see what you'll lose here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Codes
