This happened a couple months ago and I had submitted a request to support and still no response. I wish I could know what software could have caused this because I have never cheated on this game and my game history will prove that. I never even unlocked the exotic class item which was that popular macro farm around the time I got banned. Whatever may have tagged it, I wasn't using and have never cheated this game in any sort of way. I have over 4000+ combined on both console and pc on this game. Every expansion bought, it just feels like all of that was for nothing.
