The Problem with Partisanship

George Washington forewarned us about the dangers of partisanship. But, like the ignorants we are, we chose to not listen, and went on with our lives. Now, we have a corrupt two party system. People now think that there are only two parties: Republicans and Democrats. People either stay committed to one of these parties no matter what, or they shift to another party when they spot a flaw in the other. Take for example, the thread I based this thread off of. The OP of that thread is most likely a liberal democrat, as he condemns the Republican Party for not each of its members accept evolution. I have explained the average voter. But let's not forget the actual members of the parties. Democrats and Republicans in power actually don't differ that much from each other. The only differences are the party in which the president is in during a time, and the tactics used by each party. But both are set to slowly remove your rights. Republicans will do so by saying that they need to spy on you. Democrats will do the same, but they will also remove firearms from the citizenry, and by making you lazy (
welfare
. Make no mistake, both are controlled by the Federal Reserve and foreign lobbies, such as AIPEC.
