I mean, is cheese a part of any Chinese cuisine? Did they even know it existed before interactions with the west?
Now that I think about it, no far east asian food I know off contains any cheese...

I actually hear a lot of them don't like cheese. They think it's gross. And from their point of view, it makes sense when you think about it. Cheese is basically a big lump of mold and old fermented stuff.
