Edited by BNGHelp3: 11/29/2024 12:01:03 PMHey there, if you mean your current PSN is your Active account, know that your characters, progress, inventory, etc, are tied to this PSN account and not your 'Bungie Account', which does not store any game data. Bungie Accounts store your friends list, code-redeemed emblems, digital rewards, and serve as a central account for linking different platform accounts to, for the purposes of cross-saving. As far as I'm aware the only way to remove an account from its Bungie Account is to have two accounts linked to it, so PSN and Steam for example. You cannot unlink the account you log in with, so that's why you've been able to unlink it if you only have the PSN account. If you had a second account linked, you can log in using that account, and then unlink PSN. However as said initially, even if you managed to split the PSN account from the Bungie Account, and link a new one, you'd be giving away the thing that has the characters and keeping the bit that does not. There is no way to transfer anything from one PSN account to another, it is all permanently locked to the account on which it was created. So if you truly intend to give away the current PSN account, you will be losing your character, progress, and inventory, etc, as well as any season passes and dungeon keys tied to it.
