I just recently encountered a cheater in Iron Banner and wanted to submit video evidence via the contact form, however whenever I try to access the Bungie Help website for this form I am always signed out and forced to sign back in which then brings me back to Bungie.net creating a loop that prevents me from accessing the form because I need to navigate back to the help website which has again signed me out. I have tried using different browsers along with clearing my cookies and browser cache and a different device to no success.
