Key fieldwork act 2 not progressing
So 8 complete the key fieldwork act 2 for the laboratory upgrade and it won't let me add the scorn helmet to it. And I ended up deleting the quest and now cannot re-aquire it

Can you verify the Quest Archive in The Tower and the HELM to see if the missing quest is available? We'd also encourage you to try closing the game fully and relaunching it to see if it helps.
