I'm going to have to go with Dota 2 mostly, because the bots have to be able to play Dota 2 and be good at doing it (they have to employ a strategy superior to a humans which if you didn't know is quite difficult to do for a computer). The Hard and Unfair bots in Dota 2 rival some of the best human players (and they do so without a stat advantage present in games such as Skyrim, Halo (although Halo: Reach had excellent AI), or Borderlands.
