It’s time for the nerf hammer. Ability spam across the board from enemies needs a massive decrease in abilities that can be cast in succession but the dread highlight this a lot. Orange bar attendants need a nerf in their amount among ad squads the slow and suspend time need reductions. Breaking out of stasis freeze needs to be instant no more spamming. The visual and aera of effect of strand attendant needs a range reduction and needs to be a narrow cone not a wide one. Enemies need to lose free damage to the player given low dr and restrictive ability to acquire healing mid fight. The dread soul needs to not be infinite it needs to despawn after 5 seconds.
Volley dps among attendants and subjugators need a reduction and a reduction overall to how many bursts can be shot rapidly. Crit damage needs to interrupt all abilities making it fair for the player to react. This class of enemy plus the increases of handicap for ads only highlight that the game is being balanced for pc and has left console behind. Damage reduction is too low there is no limit to how many ads can fire at a player in a single instance makes the game feel overblown. Ads need to lose the ability to crit a player. The same knife in which player power is cut down needs to be applied to overperforming ads and badly designed encounters. This is the worst pve balance has ever been on top of garbage episode release schedule there is zero reason to play. Tfs balance and chasing challenge has ruined day to day destiny.

To be honest, I just think slow stack buildup should be slower in PvE. Then I have no complaints about the Dread.

They are not even that bad except for the dread soul, and even the tinnitus is not that bad. Overall, pretty unique enemy's that are fun to fight

I don't really mind the small darkness psions, the annoying dread soul is stupid because they emerge from the husk being completely annihilated after 5 seconds and often invis. I get the crit spot thing, but if you light them up in explosions the soul shouldn't survive. My critic on the dread are the tormentors and subjugator insane damage reduction outside their crit spot. Explosive or non-crits are bad or mid against them. They are so tanky when you can't crit for reasons (skill, weapon, facing away).

10 RepliesI am still completely puzzled as to how some people consider some of the difficulty to be actual difficulty. I'm just not getting it unless its on purpose and I hope its not the plan of attack for the future. I like the new enemies though.

I like the new enemies but do agree they might be a little over tuned. Unfortunately, I don't know that there's much of a middle ground to be had; either they'll be oppressive to a spectacular degree, or they'll be nothing more than red-bar dregs with a cool design.
