Is the stranger Elsie Bray? (Ana Bray's sister)

As some may know, the Rasputin puzzle has been solved. This led to the finding of an actual cache in upstate NY containing coins as well as a valkrye. Now the note that led us there is from Elsie Bray to Ana, and Elsie uses very similar wording to the stranger. Have we found the answer to the most asked question in Destiny?

This is going to require some seriously good writing and a considerable amount of game time for it to really work. The cynic in me just sees this as a repeat of the 'Indoctrination Theory' from ME3. As much as it makes sense Bungie could just say no and do their own thing.

I read this thread at lunch and have to say: this is why I play Destiny. I’d been avoiding playing Warmind after reading the forums but now I think I’m going to start with Destiny 1 and play through both games. I’d read the grimoire (sp?) before but am amazed by the dedication of everyone who has been able to patch together this story and others like it from the lore. This is fantastic.
