Make All Faction Ornaments (FWC, Dead Orbit, New Monarchy) Universal Ornaments!
Why is it that Bungie is just pretending that the faction rallies never happened? My favorite armor set in this game, by far, is the season 3 New Monarchy ornament set for warlocks, as pictured. But, I'm unable to use it as a universal ornament set. I grinded my brains out for this set of ornaments, and now I can't use them. At the same time, however, Vanguard and Crucible ornaments from all years were converted into universal ornaments. And, it's not a question of keeping things away from new players: new players have no way to earn the old seasonal ornament sets for Vanguard/Crucible gear either. So, why are the faction ornaments being treated differently? Please, Bungie, let me use my favorite armor!!

As I said to someone else, Shadow Keep doesn't add up knowing Bungie has 800 to a 1000 employees and 2 other studios working with them. Factions should have been back a while ago and most everything in the game should have been updated, yet a small team was able to do that in D1 but Bungie and 2 other studios aren't able to???

4 RepliesThey've explained how they prioritize stuff already. If it's actually content and story progression it'll get added first, if it's small features that won't really matter all that much it stays lower on the list I would love it if the factions came back, but I'd rather see the pyramid ship story progress first

I just like the system they had in D1 for factions. You could level your rank for packages and once you had all the gear then you could swap. Faction wars was painful to the point I could not be bothered putting the time into it.

Instead give us back the faction on how they worked in D1, also give them a similiar quest to get exotic faction marks for extra bonuses.

Would be nice if we got factions like they were in D1. Factions literally don’t exist anymore and it’s a joke that bungie has not brought them back yet and all we got was “ what’s important” bullshit. Bungie has grown since the days of D1 and even the launch of D2 with additional studious helping out and we still don’t have the simplest of things in the game like factions. What’s going on ?!

3 RepliesTry pulling them from collections and then looking on the armor piece to apply them. It works for vanguard and crucible ornaments on non vanguard / crucible armor.
