I am having this issue although it's not constant, but intermittent. In my opinion it's a more critical bug because in Iron Banner (A competitive game mode) players models are not loading in rendering them basically invisible. This is a game breaking bug for PVP. for Troubleshooting; - PC - Wireless Connection - ~300 Mbps down - Windows 11 - Occurring in Iron Banner and sometimes in the Tower Social Space Bungie, would you be able to add this to your critical bugs that you are investigating because its game-breaking for competitive PVP.
